4. In my perspective, I believe that the most significant challenge our government is facing today would have to be the high percentage of unemployment due to weak economy.

I believe that the greatest problem facing the U.S. is the amount of education people receive. If we were more educated the poverty levels wouldn't be as high and we wouldnt need to count on foreign countries for technological advances.

ReplyDeleteI initially sign up for AP Goverment to take on a challenging course that will lead me to become more familiar with our country's goverment and the elements that make it up and contribute to it.
What I hope to gain from this class is a profound undertanding of our countrys political situations and a great experience.As well to learn more about myself and how I handle such a course as this one.
The most important problem facing our goverment now a day is our economy. Our economy has been on thin ice for quiet a while
and it has effected America greatly. Product of our poor economy is unemployment, budget cuts in school which cause many other problems.
I believe America will eventually arise from this great challenge but it will take a lot.

ReplyDeleteI've signed up for APGOPO this year because I want to challenge myself with various AP classes. I think it'll help prepare me for my freshman year in college and I'm looking forward to taking and passing the AP test in May, so I can get college credit.
I hope to "carry away" knowledge. I want to understand this nation's government and the political system and its parties. Before this course I've had questions concerning how the government and political system works and I'm looking forward to this course answering those questions.
I think the most important challenge facing our government today is the downhill of the economy. In effect I think the downhill of the economy has caused gaps in the unity of the nation and it's just filled with many effects. I believe that if the economy were to get better, it'd solve a lot of problems, and the nation would get back on its feet to solve more minor challenges.
