So, tomorrow we will have a Sabato quiz and I will talk to you about the Electoral College. I also will give you an FRQ for homework. This one will be on the incumbency advantage (what are some of the advantage that the incumbant enjoys) in the House and Senate. You may want to refer back to your notes to get a head start.
